ZX88 Terms and Conditions –
Rules for Pakistan Players

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ZX88 platform, including the website at zx88.ml and the ZX88 mobile app. The Terms form a binding agreement between you as the player and ZX88 as the platform operator. Access to and use of any part of ZX88 constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and any additional rules, policies or guidelines published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

These Terms should be read alongside any specific game rules, bonus terms or promotional terms that apply to individual offers or game types. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and specific bonus or game terms, the more specific document will take precedence for that particular matter.

ZX88 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree with any update, you should stop using ZX88 and contact support to close your account.

To register and use ZX88, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or family member of a ZX88 employee, in a role that would give unfair advantage in gaming or access to non-public information.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with ZX88 or have had a previous ZX88 account closed for a breach of these Terms.

To use ZX88, you must create an account by providing accurate, current and complete registration information. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change. ZX88 may request documentation to verify your identity at any point, including before processing a withdrawal.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on ZX88. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or under different names, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact support immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ZX88 username and password. All activity on your account is your responsibility whether carried out by you or by a third party using your credentials. ZX88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including friends or family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for other services.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact ZX88 support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

ZX88 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other supported mobile wallets. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each method are displayed within the platform and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your ZX88 balance within a few minutes. Raast and bank transfer timelines follow standard banking processing times. If a deposit does not reflect within the expected timeframe, contact ZX88 support with your transaction reference number.

ZX88 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside ZX88's control. Deposits are not eligible for interest and ZX88 is not a financial institution.

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from within the ZX88 platform at any time, subject to account verification requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, or to a verified method registered to your account.

Before a withdrawal is approved, ZX88 may request identity verification documents including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of your payment method. This is a standard process and not an indication of any problem with your account. Providing accurate and complete documentation promptly will ensure your withdrawal is processed without unnecessary delay.

• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within minutes to a few hours after approval.
• Raast and bank transfer withdrawals follow standard bank processing timelines.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed in the platform.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.

ZX88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on selected slots, cashback promotions and season-specific offers tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL). The availability and terms of each promotion are subject to change and will be communicated within the platform.

Every bonus and promotional offer is subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated in its individual promotion terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before claiming a bonus.

• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance and are used first unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the expiry period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• ZX88 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus structures is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• Only one promotional offer may be active at a time unless the individual promotion terms explicitly allow otherwise.

During PSL season and major international cricket tournaments, ZX88 may run limited-time enhanced odds, deposit bonuses and cashback offers specifically tied to cricket markets. These promotions will have their own validity periods and wagering terms published within the platform at the time of launch.

ZX88 offers sports betting across cricket, football and esports. Bets are accepted on pre-match and in-play markets subject to market availability and the trading decisions of the ZX88 sportsbook team. ZX88 reserves the right to limit, refuse or cancel any bet at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns or price errors.

Cricket betting on ZX88 covers Pakistan Super League matches, T20 internationals, bilateral ODI series, test matches and ICC tournaments. In-play markets for cricket include over-by-over runs, wicket-taker bets, session results, match winner and other live outcomes. In-play markets may be suspended during significant match events such as wickets, reviews or weather delays.

• All bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the platform.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• ZX88 reserves the right to void bets where the event result is affected by circumstances outside normal sporting competition.
• Bets on matches that are abandoned without a result will be settled according to the applicable sport's void rules.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event and are displayed within the betting interface.

ZX88 offers a library of slot games and multiplayer fish games. All slot titles available on the platform are certified HTML5 games provided by licensed game studios. Each slot game has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage which represents the theoretical long-term payout rate. RTP information for individual games is available within the game or its information panel.

Fish games on ZX88 are multiplayer real-money games where players fire cannons at fish targets to earn PKR payouts. Each fish type carries a defined payout multiplier. Boss fish events offer higher multipliers but require more ammunition to defeat. The outcome of each shot in fish games is determined by certified random number generation.

• In the event of a disconnection during a slot or fish game, ZX88's server records the final confirmed game state. Any round that was not fully completed due to disconnection will be resolved using the recorded server state.
• ZX88 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failure or power cuts on the player's side.
• Game malfunctions or technical errors that result in incorrect payouts will be investigated and corrected. ZX88 reserves the right to void affected game rounds in such cases.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts for slot and fish games are displayed within each game interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZX88. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and legal action where appropriate:

• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Using false or stolen identity information during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or making deposits from funds that are not legitimately yours.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions, including but not limited to coordinated bonus farming, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting pricing errors.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or tools to place bets, spin slots or interact with fish games in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform or player data that you are not authorised to access.
• Making any false, misleading or defamatory statement about ZX88 in any public forum.

ZX88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms. This includes but is not limited to cases of identity fraud, bonus abuse, prohibited use of automated tools, or a pattern of betting behaviour consistent with match fixing or market manipulation.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending a full investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, ZX88 may permanently forfeit the balance. If the investigation finds no breach, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may choose to close your ZX88 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses being forfeited. Account closure for responsible gaming reasons can be processed immediately on request.

ZX88 is an entertainment platform. Gaming should be enjoyable and conducted within personal financial limits. We strongly encourage every player to set a clear deposit budget before they start playing and to treat any gaming funds as entertainment spending rather than a potential income source. • Contact ZX88 support at any time to request a deposit limit, cooling-off period or self-exclusion.

ZX88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on ZX88, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy covers what data we collect, why we collect it, how it is stored, who it may be shared with, and how you can exercise your data rights.

ZX88 uses your account data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, deliver promotional communications you have opted into and fulfil any legal obligations applicable to the platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

ZX88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, a notification will be displayed within the platform and the "Last Updated" date on this page will be revised. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of ZX88 after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should discontinue use of the platform and contact support to request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

ZX88 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain a reliable and consistent service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect access to ZX88 or specific features within it.

To the maximum extent permitted, ZX88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses caused by connectivity failures, device issues, or errors in third-party payment processing. Our total liability to you for any direct claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your ZX88 account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits ZX88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter that cannot be limited by law.
